Hi, I’m Bryson Albert

I’m the trainer and owner behind AB Active. I’ve spent around five years in the gym, which gives me a real feel for what it takes to get started — and how intimidating that first step can be. I built AB Active to make it easier for people to get into the gym and actually stay consistent, and I’m genuinely passionate about what it helps people achieve.

It comes down to one idea: everyone starts somewhere, and that first step shouldn’t be intimidating. Whether you’re learning your first squat or chasing a new PR, your program meets you where you are — no guessing games, and you can always reach out to me personally.

Questions, answered

Do I need experience or a gym membership to start?

Not at all. The Consistency track is built for total beginners — I'll walk you through the equipment and the movements. You just need access to a gym; tell me what you have and I'll build around it.

Is AB Active online or in person?

Coaching is primarily online. You get a custom plan and we check in every week by message and video — real 1-on-1 coaching from me, without needing to be in the same room.

How much does coaching cost?

Plans start at $40–60 for a one-time custom week. Ongoing coaching runs $70–150 a month depending on how much support you want — full details are in the Pricing section.

How do the weekly check-ins work?

Each week you send your progress and any questions. I adjust your plan, review your form, and keep you accountable. On Premium we also hop on a weekly video call.

Which program is right for me?

New to the gym? Start with Consistency. Choose Weight Loss to lean out, Muscle Gain to add size, or Advanced/Intermediate if you've trained consistently for 6-12+ months. Not sure? Message me and I'll point you the right way.

How do I get started?
